Our sales assistants work with clients during the purchase process of their new vehcile with general knowledge questions as well as technology assistance and provide a world-class concierge service. Sales assistants will become product specialists and will be expected to know all lines of our Honda products to give a flawless delivery experience each time.

Responsibilities

Sales Assistant:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current inventory.
  • Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
  • Ensure customer needs and questions are addressed.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
  • Full knowledge of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Sales Assistant:

  • High school diploma/ GED or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated.
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
