Responsibilities

Sales:

  1. Welcome customers warmly and attentively, attentively assessing their needs to find the perfect match from our current vehicle inventory.
  2. Accompany customers on test drives, showcasing vehicle features and technology to enhance their experience.
  3. Dedicate yourself to ongoing learning and mastery of product and sales knowledge, establishing yourself as an expert on all our vehicles.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our inventory, including optional packages and the latest technological advancements throughout the sales process.
  5. Proactively follow up with customers to foster successful referrals and ensure their continued satisfaction.
  6. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned, contributing to our team's success and customer service excellence.
  7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Sales:

  • Previous successful car sales experience is a plus, but sales experience in any industry, such as: Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Electronics or Retail Sales, will be considered.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated.
  • Valid drivers license
  • Skilled car sales representatives should have a professional appearance and good communication skills
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
