Job Description

Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries. Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Duties include greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the range of services available and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle’s repair status.

Responsibilities

Service Advisor

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
  • Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
  • Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
  • Build strong relationships with the customers
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Service Advisor 

  • Service Advisor Experience Required
  • An energetic, upbeat, engaging attitude
  • CDK Experience is a plus!
  • Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
