Our customer service manager assists clients before, during and after the purchase of their new vehicle with general knowledge questions, addressing concerns after the purchase as well as supporting customers with technology assistance and provide a world-class concierge service. Our customer service manager will support our clients from start to finish, handling any problems or confusion that customers may encounter during their purchasing process.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Manager:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current inventory..
  • Ensure customer needs and questions are addressed.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
  • Full knowledge of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Customer Service:

  • 3-5 years of dealership experience in a customer service capacity
  • Prefer dealership manager level experience 
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated.
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
